We've spent thirty years embedded with Australian organisations whose work doesn't fit a standard support contract — private hospitals running clinical systems that can't go down, insurance brokers whose rating logic lives in custom code, schools whose intranets need to actually serve students rather than impress visitors.
When that defined scope covers the work, we run it cleanly and quietly. When it doesn't, we design and build what does.
That's the line. Everything we do sits on one side of it or the other.
